SHIPPING UNPREPARED SKINS:
We recommend that you allow us to preserve your skins by shipping them unprepared. For optimal results, freeze your cape solid and pack it securely in a box. When you're ready to ship, ensure it’s during a non-holiday week or on a Monday morning, opting for overnight shipping. This approach will eliminate weekend delays and ensure that your skin arrives in perfect condition before thawing.

SHIPPING PREPPED SKINS:
Skins are considered prepped when they’ve been caped and salted. It is crucial that they be completely dry, with no moisture remaining. If you’re shipping skulls, ensure all is removed from the skull and brain cavities. Keep in mind, it is Wyoming law that no game animals can cross state lines with any brain matter present, so we advise adhering to these regulations to ensure a smooth process.
*** WE STRONGLY SUGGEST if you have any questions, please call the studio. It is best to talk to us first before you do anything to ensure your trophy is cared for properly. Improper prep could lead to hair slipping or irreparable hair loss***
UPON ARRIVAL: Upon arrival, your trophies will undergo a meticulous inspection to guarantee their quality before we begin any work. Each trophy will be numbered according to our inventory system and the time of year they are received. Following this, you can expect a call from us to confidently discuss your options and preferences for the mounts.

***50% deposit is required before tanning is began. Rest of payment due once mount is completed. Payments can be completed online, or in person.***
